DEVOTIONAL ABDOMINAL AND PELVIC CARE,
My sessions are held in reverence for creating a space where the body can rest, tissues are allowed to soften and melt, grief can be released and the Womb becomes the leading compass, guiding the pace.
It is a space where connection to and understanding of female anatomy and physiology are gently supported; where the use of one’s voice is invited as a tool to create safety and new neurological pathways; where deep attunement between practitioner and receiver is foundational for lasting change.
In this work, the Unknown is revered as part of a greater Divine plan and answers are allowed to emerge from within.
The body is met with intention and love, in acknowledgment of Spirit and Soul.
During sessions, my hands make intentional contact with the tissues – without rush or expectation of arrival. They simply invite and educate the body back towards its natural alignment, honoring its own timing and inherent wisdom.
Embodied Living Retreats
Embodied Living Retreats are the deeper containers I currently offer, ranging from 2 to 3 days immersions.
My desire is to hold space for a group of people to gather in slow, intentional living in the middle of nature, while offering grounding, somatic practices that invite connection, expression and inner transformation.
Some of the tools I work with include:
- Embodiment – taking an intention, a concept, and making it live through and in the body
- Qigong
- Guided meditations
- Conscious touch and contact improvisation
- Use of breath, voice, sound and chanting
- Self-observation and Self-inquiry
- Moments of silence, introspection
- Walks in nature
- …and so much more!
With the aim of:
- Meeting ourselves fully in our authenticity, inherent worthiness and beauty as well as in our resistance and wounds
- Having a container where shadows can be met, played out in their “ugliness” and held with care and love
- Having a space where our desires and needs are required to be voiced, where clarity, honest communication and conscious choice are invited at all times
- Being witnessed in our full expression by a collective that empowers us and holds us accountable in our own evolution and spiritual growth
- Teaching the body what trust and safety feel like in the system, allowing for new neuropathways to form so that we can hold that inner compass in everyday life
- Releasing conditioning and coming back to a more simple, slower way of living
- Deepening the connection with our own physical, energetical, emotional and spiritual body
Women’s bodies have been longing for a listening, present touch – one that does not seek to sexualize, medicalize, diagnose, or extract anything from them.
Here, women’s bodies are being called back home to themselves, to their innate intelligence, medicine, and healing power.
What to expect:
- Days shaped by rhythm rather than schedule, with practices unfolding organically and in response to the group
- Time to slow down, feel and listen to the body
- Moments of movement as well as stillness
- Shared practices and individual time
- Locations chosen with care – places that share similar values, respect the land and support a slower, more intentional way of living
- Nourishing, organic meals prepared with presence and love, meant to support the body and invite rest, pleasure and grounding
Above all, you can expect an invitation to show up just as YOU are.
Who are retreats for?
- For those who feel a call towards embodied living or self-development
- For those who are in need of a change and don’t know where to start
- For those who wish to explore their inner landscape through the body
- For those who are willing to meet and embrace the contrasts of Life – beauty and discomfort, softness and resistance – in a shared and respectful container
