Womb Continuum Care

DEVOTIONAL ABDOMINAL AND PELVIC CARE,

from

My sessions are held in reverence for creating a space where the body can rest, tissues are allowed to soften and melt, grief can be released and the Womb becomes the leading compass, guiding the pace.

It is a space where connection to and understanding of female anatomy and physiology are gently supported; where the use of one’s voice is invited as a tool to create safety and new neurological pathways; where deep attunement between practitioner and receiver is foundational for lasting change.

In this work, the Unknown is revered as part of a greater Divine plan and answers are allowed to emerge from within.
The body is met with intention and love, in acknowledgment of Spirit and Soul.

During sessions, my hands make intentional contact with the tissues – without rush or expectation of arrival. They simply invite and educate the body back towards its natural alignment, honoring its own timing and inherent wisdom.

Women’s bodies need spaces where they can be heard, soften and allowed to simply BE.

Women’s bodies have been longing for a listening, present touch – one that does not seek to sexualize, medicalize, diagnose, or extract anything from them.

Here, women’s bodies are being called back home to themselves, to their innate intelligence, medicine, and healing power.

The Practice

In service of Womahood and the female continuum, Womb Continuum Care supports women through all phases of life, from menarche to pregnancy, menopause and beyond.

Womb Continuum Care is a holistic, integrative, hands-on, hands-in bodywork which blends:

  • Structural integration fascial release techniques rooted in Ida Rolf’s teachings,
  • Traditional Mexican abdominal massage and womb care known as Sobadas,
  • Scar tissue remediation
  • Vulva mapping and intravaginal work

Deeply rooted in the physiology of the female body, it invites it back home into its natural, healthy design.

Through a deep listening touch, the work unfolds gradually, meeting the body layer by layer. Beginning with the superficial fascia and slowly engaging in the deeper organic layers of abdomen, pelvis and womb, it invites tissues to soften, supporting mobility. All the inner flows are invited back to life, allowing for overall vitality and aliveness to resurface.

While this work is particularly supportive in addressing many uterine and pelvic imbalances, it is equally valuable as preventative care as it reorganizes the body structure back where it can carry out its functions optimally, supporting health and longevity.

All sessions are trauma-aware, consent-based and adapted to individual needs and boundaries. Any aspect of the work is guided by clear communication, active choice and engagement.

Womb Continuum Care is rooted in the teachings of Carly Rae Beaudry and Andrea Terrones, whose combined 30 years of experience in women’s health led to the creation of Ma School, a training devoted to the remembrance of feminine wholeness, with a unique approach.

Frequently Asked Questions

I offer 2-hour sessions and 90 min as an option for follow-up sessions.

Each body is unique and requires different care along the womb continuum. I always like to introduce women to this level of care explaining that a one-time session is not going to create long-standing changes, but it can give you a sense of the depth of the work.

Womb Continuum Care is to be imagined as a path, a longer commitment where the body is given time to integrate the structural changes happening.

I suggest a series of 6 sessions to start with, once a week or every two weeks, during which we will be tracking your body’s response and move accordingly to your own individual needs.

I kindly ask you not to put oils or lotions on your body prior to the session and, if possible, wear a bra without underwire if planning to keep it on. During the session, the choice to keep your underwear or not is entirely personal, you will be fully covered and kept warm – what matters most is that you feel comfortable, safe, and relaxed.

Please, also remove all jewelry, including belly piercings prior to our session.

I will work with castor oil, so if there is an allergy, let me know.

There is no need to skip meals before belly work, I actually recommend to arrive well-nourished and rested.

Please, refrain from all alcohol, cannabis, psychedelics consumption prior to the session. This work requires you to be sober and fully present in your body.

Yes, I won’t be able to work with you if you have an IUD or vaginal mesh in place, if you are experiencing an acute active infection outbreak or are struggling with any kind of addiction.

If you underwent abdominal surgery, I would ask you to wait 8-12 weeks post-surgery for our first session of bodywork together.

Yes, absolutely. As long as you are comfortable with it, so am I.

If actively trying to conceive, I recommend you schedule your sessions during the follicular phase of your cycle, prior to ovulation, and avoid sessions between ovulation and possible pregnancy.

Yes. If you are pregnant, I can work with you starting from the second trimester, so that in the first trimester your body will have time to settle and create a safe home for your baby to grow into.

After a vaginal birth, you can receive bodywork from 6-8 weeks post-partum. If you have had a cesarean it is recommended to wait a minimum of 10-12 weeks.

After June 2026, I will be able to offer post-partum care at home straight after birth.

Yes. Once miscarriage or abortion is confirmed, we can work together, holding your body through this passage and supporting healing.

Yes, however it is not what every woman need or is ready for. Internal work is never offered during the first session. It may become part of the work overtime, after a foundation of safety and trust has been built together. The process unfolds slowly and with intention, honoring the body’s pace and only when the superficial layers have been addressed.

Internal work is always optional. The therapy is effective with or without it and is introduced only when it feels necessary and when it is consciously chosen.
